Frequently asked questions

To help you enjoy the day, take a look at the most frequently asked questions. If you require further assistance, just email info@festivalofthedead.uk – we’re always happy to help.

My show vehicle is not listed on the eligible marques list?

If your vehicle is not listed but the manufacturer HAS ceased production, please select the ‘Other Not Listed’ option at the bottom of the list.

Due to the capacity of the venue, we will be limiting the number of spaces available for a particular marque to 10. This is to ensure there is a variety of vehicles on display.

The maker of my classic car is still manufacturing, can I still attend the event?

Unfortunately, due to the limited capacity of the venue, spaces will be offered to those with an eligible vehicle first. We’d still love you to join us, so why not join the waitlist and we’ll let you know if a space becomes available.

I'm bringing my family, do I need to book tickets for them too?

No, you only need to book a ticket for your vehicle. Tickets are offered per vehicle and will cover the driver and all passengers in your vehicle, including children.

How do I get to the venue?

Please follow the road signage to the venue, using Entrance 1 via Harmans Way to access the venue. One of our event marshals will be there to greet you.

Venue address: Industry & Supply, BUILDING 14, GROUND FLOOR, THE DEPOT, WEEDON BEC, NORTHAMPTON, NN7 4PS For detailed directions, please visit Industry & Supply.

Where will I be parked?

There are some spaces available directly outside of Industry & Supply. These spaces will be available on a first arrival, first served basis. We then have an extended display area reserved for us a few paces away from the main venue entrance.

What time can I access the venue?

The breakfast meet will be starting from 9.30am. You are welcome to head off whenever you are ready to. The venue will close at 3pm.

Will there be refreshments available?

Oh yes! Industry & Supply has a delicious selection of breakfast rolls, cakes, sweet treats and fresh coffee and tea. They are also known for their excellent sausage rolls.

Are dogs welcome?

We consider our pets to be part of our families too. Well behaved dogs are welcome but please keep them on a lead at all times as there are deer onsite.

Can my car club have a stand?

We don’t have any car club stands spaces at this breakfast meet, but if you are cruising on down with friends, do let the marshals know and they’ll endeavour to park you together.

Is there First Aid facilities on site?

Yes. We hope that you won’t need it, but if you do require assistance, please ask a member of staff inside the venue.
